Machine for pre-tensioning and breaking in of chains with maximum load of 3000 kg.
It tests chains with 3/8" – ½" – 5/8" – ¾" – 1" of pace.
The chain has positioned on two pinions inside the machine and loop closed with the joint.
When the start command has furnished the chain is tensed through an hydraulic cylinder with a linked 5 Tons load cell.
When the pre-tensioning load has reached, the breaking in cycle starts, with the imposed time and load.
When this time has passed, the breaking in is interrupted and the hydraulic cylinder loose the tension ready for the next operation.
The operator now remove the chain.
